Our Projects & Achievements :

According to time measurement, Al-Arjowan United Real Estate is considered newborn, as it is only seven years since its establishment. However, the projects achieved by the company make it a pioneer in the field of real estate development. It started with the professionalism of real estate marketing and today it works in the real estate development field. Currently, the company carries out the development of one of its distinctive projects in Egypt, in 6th of October Governorate. It is a full-services project including residential flats, trading shops, trading mall, farming lands and villas with various designs and different prices suitable for all levels. The villas have attractive and fascinating impact including complete privacy and various areas with distinctive and unique designs.

Another one of our distinctive projects which is already initiated is what is ( Butterfly Princess ). It presents the shape of the butterfly. More than 75% of this project has been sold during only six moths since its initiation. It will be completed on 10/10/2010. Currently, we are developing new stages for the same area with new method and thought. Several and various stages of villas, apartments, hotels, green areas for entertainment, golf pitches, trading mall, mosque in addition to the attached services for the project including security, 24 hours guarding, specialized clinics, touristic transport, …… etc.

 Thus, and through the past years, Al-Arjowan United Real Estate managed to present several and various successes which are unique in type and idea. It has always been distinctive whether in marketing or in developing its real estate projects in different countries of the region represented in the following:-

• Development of plots in Sultanate Of Oman for the purpose of investment.
• Marketing residential and trading flats in the United Arab Emirates – Dubai.
• Marketing plots in The Hashemite Kingdom Of Jordan
• Development of faming lands in The Hashemite Kingdom Of Jordan for the purpose of investment.
• Development of residential, investment and farming plots in Egypt.
